Oct 16, 2016 Gabbie's head measurements:
- head circumference at ear tops = 16.5 " or approx 42 cm.
* doctor's appointment that week measured 40 cm. - from the back top of head to eyebrows = 6.0 inches (approx hat height)
- diameter : 16. 5 / 3.14 = 5.25 inches
- diameter : 15.5 / 3.14 = 4.9 inches
- diameter : 40 to 42 cm / 3.14 = 12.7 to 13 cm
instead of magic ring, i chained 4 and slip-stitched into first chain to form ring.
then i made 10 hdc into ring, join to first HDC, ch 1.
Round 2: 2 HDC in each around (20 HDC), join, chain 1
Round 3: 2 HDC, HDC in next, repeat around (30 HDC), join, chain 1
Round 4: 2 HDC, HDC in next 2, repeat around (40 HDC), join, chain 1
6-9 Months:
Follow instructions above till Round 4
Round 5: 2 HDC, HDC in next 3, repeat around (50 HDC)
at this point, diameter was approx 4.5 inches, maybe slightly more than 4.5 inches.
Round 6: 2 HDC, HDC in next 9, repeat around (55 HDC)
at this point, diameter was approx 5.35 inches.
Round 7-16: HDC in each around (55 HDC)
